Keeping the World Safe for Plutocracy

The evolution of evil
By Joel S. Hirschhorn

Activists and dissidents should understand that evil forces and tyrannical governments have evolved. Just as human knowledge and science expand, so do the strategies and instruments used by rulers, elites and plutocrats. By learning from history and using new technology, they have smarter tools of tyranny. The best ones prevent uprisings, revolutions and political reforms. Rather than violently destroy rebellious movements, they let them survive as marginalized and ineffective efforts that divert and sap the energy of nonconformist and rebellious thinkers. Real revolution remains an energy-draining dream, as evil forces thrive.

Most corrupt and legally sanctioned forms of tyranny hide in plain sight as democracies with free elections. The toughest lesson is that ALL elections are distractions. Nothing conceals tyranny better than elections. Few Americans accept that their government has become a two-party plutocracy run by a rich and powerful ruling class. The steady erosion of the rule of law is masked by everyday consumer freedoms. Because people want to be happy and hopeful, we have an epidemic of denial, especially in the present presidential campaign. But to believe that any change-selling politician or shift in party control will overturn the ruling class is the epitome of self-delusion and false hope. In the end, such wishful thinking perpetuates plutocracy. Proof is that plutocracy has flourished despite repeated change agents, promises of reform and partisan shifts.

The tools of real rebellion are weak. Activists and dissidents look back and see successful rebellions and revolutions and think that when today’s victims of tyranny experience enough pain and see enough political stink they too will revolt. This is wrong. They think that the Internet spreads information and inspiration to the masses, motivating them to revolt. This is wrong. They await catastrophic economic or environmental collapse to spur rebellion. This too is wrong.

Why are these beliefs wrong? Power elites have an arsenal of weapons to control and manipulate social, political and economic systems globally: corruption of public officials that make elections a sham; corporate mainstream media that turn news into propaganda; manipulation of financial markets that create fear for the public and profits for the privileged; false free trade globalization that destroys the middle class; rising economic inequality that keep the masses time-poor and financially insecure; intense marketing of pharmaceuticals that keep people passive; and addictive consumerism, entertainment and gambling that keep people distracted and pacified.

The biggest challenge for dissidents and rebels is to avoid feel-good therapeutic activism having virtually no chance of removing evil and tyranny. Idealism without practicality tactics without lofty goals, and symbolic protests pose no threat to power elites. Anger and outrage require great strategic thinking from leaders seeking revolution, not mere change. And social entrepreneurs that use business and management skills to tackle genuine social problems do nothing to achieve political reforms. To the extent they achieve results, they end up removing interest in overthrowing political establishments that have allowed the problems to fester.

What is the new tool of tyranny? Technological connectivity achieved through advanced communications and computer systems, especially the rise of wireless connectivity. The global message to the masses is simple: Buy electronic products to stay plugged in. Connectivity may give pleasure, but it gives even more power to elites, rulers and plutocrats. It allows them to coordinate their efforts through invisible cabals, to closely monitor everything that ordinary people and dissidents do, and to cooperatively and clandestinely adjust social, financial and political systems to maintain stability and dominance.

In this dystopian world, all systems are integrated to serve upper class elites and the corporate state, not ordinary people. When ordinary people spend their money to be more shackled to connectivity products, they become unwitting victims of largely invisible governmental and corporate oppressive forces. They are oblivious that their technological seduction exacerbates their political and economic exploitation. Though some 70 percent believe the country is on the wrong track, they fail to see the deeper causes of the trend. And if Americans were really happy and content with their consumer culture, then why are they stuffing themselves with so many antidepressants, sleeping pills and totally unhealthy foods? In truth, the vast majority of people are in denial about the rotten system they are trapped in (a.k.a. The Matrix). They are manipulated to keep hope alive through voting, despite the inability of past elections to stop the slide into economic serfdom.

Increasingly, the little-discussed phenomenon of economic apartheid ensures that elites live their lavish lives safely in physically separated ways. Concurrently, economic inequality rises, as the rich extract unusually high fractions of global wealth. When the rich get richer, the powerful get stronger. Does some economic prosperity trickles down to the poorest people? Perversely, the middle class is moved into the lower class. In this new physics of evil, wealth transfer is not from the rich to the poor, but from the middle class in wealthier countries to the poor in developing nations, where a few new billionaires join the global plutocracy.

Some data on economic inequality: The after-tax income of the top 1 percent of Americans rose 228 percent from 1979 through 2005, while middle class income remained flat over the last four decades. The richest 0.01 percent of earners made 5.1 percent of all income in 2005, up more than 300 percent from just 1.2 percent in 1960. Bad economic times like the present just exacerbate inequality. Even as most Wall Street companies lost billions in the subprime mortgage debacle after they had already made billions, they gave obscene bonuses to their employees: the average topped $180,000 for 2007, tripling the $61,000 in 2002. Scholars used to predict that high levels of economic inequality like we have today would lead to rebellion. But there are now insufficient tools and paths for rebellion, because the plutocracy has eliminated them. Instead, citizens are offered elections whose outcomes can be controlled and subverted by the ruling class.

The New World Order is getting what it wants: a stable two-class system, with the lower class serving the elitist upper class. The paradox is that along with rising economic inequality and apartheid is mounting consumerism and materialism that is used to pacify, distract and control the masses. That’s where easy credit and cheap products from low-wage nations are critical. The poor can have cell phones, 24-7 Internet access and increasingly cars, while the bejeweled upper class travel in private jets and yachts, vacation on private islands, and have several gated mansions maintained by servants and guarded by private police. We have a technologically advanced form of medieval society. It is working in the US and China and most other places. Elections just mask economic tyranny and slavery.

The ruling class knows how to maintain stability. Keep the masses distracted, fearful, brainwashed, insecure, and dependent on government and business sectors for survival. Train people to see themselves as relatively free consumers. Maintain the myth that ordinary people can become wealthy and join the ruling class, which theoretically is not impossible, but of no statistical significance for the masses.

My how depressing this assessment seems to the untrained eye!
Who is this Shylock trying to CONVINCE - us or himself?
I find myself replaying a scene from the first and only worthwhile STAR WARS film in my mind while I read these dull standards from a standardless buffoon. The line where the defiant young Princess tells Governor Tarkin that the tighter the Empire tightens it's grip - the more systems will simply SLIP THROUGH THEIR FINGERS!
Contrary to popular belief, Tyrants do not tighten their grip on POWER because they can, but because they FEAR their hold on it is SLIPPING AWAY...
Those who find remorse in the vast inequities of the new ECONOMY always smell of MARXISM in one way or another. The dichotomy of Socialist hellholes in which the rulers are vastly wealthy while the peasants scrape up a miserable subsistence are very similar to the Feudal System of Europe, but they lack the SENSIBLE LOYALTIES of Clan and Birthright as the basis for the Hierarchy.
Without the genetic relationship of Cavaliers, the genteel civility of Chivalry, and the strength of arms of Chauvinism - the Socialist structure lacks the backbone that made the Feudal System stable and able to stand the tests of time. The only Camaraderie that Socialists and Communists have is in name only - as they call each other "comrade" or "brother" in that convenient but false fiction of MARXISM, but know always that there is no honor amongst thieves!
Don't despair that the overwhelming majority of the population does not seem to act on their own behalf! This is the truth of HISTORY that is no longer remembered: the reason the British Empire believed the American Revolution to be a mere uprising of discontents was that the rebels were but a small seemingly insignificant percentage of the entire population of colonists.
In truth, the entire American Revolution was borne out of a handful of men who would not be party to tyranny and refused the yoke of oppression from a dying corrupt order.
Napoleon said it best,"What are a million of these ordinary men - when compared to ONE Napoleon?" In every age, there is ONE MAN with a Vision - who if he acts will change the course of history FOREVER! One million ordinary souls together will merely keep each other company in their lives of quiet desperation...

PS: Very funny hibernia girl! Notice the "collective" in the article which probably says more than all the other words put together! HA!

We have a technologically advanced form of medieval society.

More like the exact opposite of medieval society. Medieval socity was characterized by decentralization. As Donald Matthew writes in his Atlas of Medieval Europe (p.16), "The collapse of the [Roman] empire meant above all that 'government' ceased to be effective, so that all societies depended for their direction on individuals known to them rather than on officials acting for the state."

One key element I don't find well enough elucidated in this article is the deliberate and systematic degradation of educational standards. The mass of people are intentionally kept ignorant not only of essential technical and reading skills, which are incredibly simple to impart. More importantly, they are completely unfonformed about the past, such that it is possible for them to imagine that things were always more or less as they are today--there is no standard against which to judge the present system, which is held up as superior in practically every way to the past.

"Progress" is depicted as an ever-greater elimination of all inherited things not provided for by contemporary technocrats, from which all knowledge and all goods must necessarily come. A radical hostility to family, race, religion, and anything else not strictly manageable in pre-technocratic terms is denigrated and made fearsome in the eyes of the young.

In short, people are made stupid while being made to believe that they are as brilliant as any generation ever was or could be, while having no felt connection to anything which precedes the authority of the state. And it's all compulsory.

Sage has mentioned the most hurtful of the methods used, that of dumbing down. Within a couple or three generations there will be no reference for people other than what is provided by the systems being set up. Generational communication is already muted.

The extent of this present madness when combined with immigrants who have never lived under a free system makes overcoming the plan very difficult. A big catastrophe would be required along with cessation of media in order for people in general to be led to the truth. Movements demanding referendums to reestablish political control are one of the few methods available using "acceptable methods".

Such catastrophic events can happen easily. The economies are on a tightrope to keep the leaders pockets filled while keeping lids on domestically until plans can be led to fruition. Keeping toys equal to their peers is the main goal in life for many and this could become upset by economic upheaval.

There could also be serious unresolvable differences arise among the controllers. So far, this seems unlikely, except for the sake of appearances in order to obtain wanted objectives.

Civil disobediance is not a true option. It is a laughable concept used to fool those whom they want to fool. It is a tool to make changes that are wanted while making it appear to be societal pressures making the changes.

The primary teaching in society is to forego the use of violence. Children are being trained into this from kindergarten. The rest of society is absorbing that message from many sources daily. Those who live on 80 sq. mi. estates and consider millionaires as being among the poor have reason to make us think that it is only Marxists and Fascists who prod people toward class rebellion. The international banking class (owners, not employees) employ the social engineers, media specialists and politicians to manage our systems so that we pay the expenses for our lives as well as the expenses for the personnel and structures which manage us.

When agriculture is within their complete control and no individual means of producing the necessities of life remain, then the pressure will be more keen. I think we are feeling this already when it is only non-life vital resources which have been removed.

The common problem of which Anonymous, Sage, and Flanders speak is ignorance, and I concur. Most don't realize the possibilities, the options, both with precedent and without. This dumbing-down is similar to the more overt mechanics of political correctness: certain opinions are marginalized, effectively pruning our options.

We live under an anti-White "heads they win, tails we lose" regime, boxed in by false dichotomies.

Tan,

I have recently run across what may be one of the most successful tools being used to change thought processes within our societies. It is what I consider to be a dialectic tool. It has the looks of a classic dialectic argument with established thought being moved by "bouncing" of thesis and anti-thesis against a pre-established norm. It seems like a relativist indoctrination tool, which can be used positively or negatively.

The process seems to allow subjective internalization by the subject or by the general public. I have read that it originated with a professor at Harvard, but I suspect that it has had a more distant origin, possibly with with a new name and purpose added.

My knowledge of this type of psychology and "management tool" is very sketchy. Maybe we can discover whether it has real significance.

You may have already heard the term, Allophilia, but I have heard it only recently. Here it is the link from Wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allophilia

I picked the following up from an unknown source and don't remember where I found it. It seems to have a potential and significance to what we both discuss.

"Allophilia—positive attitudes for a group that is not one’s own—is a term derived from Greek words meaning “liking or love of the other” (Pittinsky, 2005). Studied by social scientists, allophilia is the antonym of negative prejudices and the antonym of a host of “–isms”: sexism, racism, heterosexism, ageism, anti-Semitism, elitism/classism, and phallocentrism. Allophilia can be felt towards members of a different race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, class, nationality, school, team, or workplace (occupation).

Allophilia has five statistical factors: 1) kinship, 2) engagement, 3) affection, 4) comfort, and 5) enthusiasm (Pittinsky & Rosenthal, 2006). The Allophilia Scale measures each of these factors.

The image below locates allophilia vis-à-vis its related constructs of prejudice and tolerance. The typical remedy for prejudice is to bring conflicting groups into a state of tolerance. However, tolerance is not the logical antithesis of prejudice, but rather is the midpoint between negative feelings and positive feelings toward others. The introduction of allophilia—positive intergroup attitudes—as an anchor, identifies a new domain for theory, research, and practice: allophilia enhancement.

I would like to remind everyone that the current "world controllers" (who do have us boxed in) are not geniuses and are (in fact) running civilization into the ground. They operate under the lie of human racial fungibility whilst inundating the populace with cheap entertainment (the consumer power for which is propped up by a sketchy financial system).

Between the coming demographic disaster and the possibility of a derivatives-induced financial crisis the global elites will meet their end in a whirlwind of chaos & confusion. And there will be no clever "dialectical argument" that will save them from the angry masses when our day of reckoning has finally arrived.

Personally, I would be much more despondent if I believed that the elites could keep this "bread and circus" media-induced charade up forever (while we slowly miscegenate out of existence). But I don't believe that to be the case.

OT (forgive me but I could not resist...)

From VFR:

Mr. Sage McLaughin praises Auster on his brevity, adding this about Vanishing American and Moldbug "...Given the meager conversation that these gaseous works tend actually to evoke, I wonder why it is they go on this way. I think it's a function of insecurity, a desire that every detail and every tangential thought be included, lest someone get the idea that this person hasn't already thought of everything..."

Auster replies "I'm LOL at your description of the longwindedness that is so common today. I agree..."

Perhaps I am a bit touchy, but this seems to be a private conversation; it is interesting, if Auster is who HE claims to be (not what many of us believe him to be) that he would post this flattery and condescending opinions of other "allied" bloggers. VA is among the best - perhaps my favorite (even including your excellent blog Tanstaafl) and a daily read.

"Sage" says "...They meander on for pages, needlessly multiplying examples and packing twenty-five links and long quotes into each post, making it a near-impossibility to digest the content in a single sitting..."

Does he even read VA? I don't have this problem. Perhaps my attention span is truly herculanean, but her entries do not strike me as he describes them. And twenty-five links? B.S.

Good point there sage, but remember that Public Education was started merely as a tool for corporate robber barons to "teach" people to be a model worker in their giant factory towns which were merely industrial plantations for the Northern United States. The terminology of this corporate model is still used today in politics as the "representatives" parrot the jargon developed by these Monopolists working for the Rothschildes.
The repetitions of people as "constituents" or "parts" in a process is classic cybernetic worker control theory. The mass drones seen in "Metropolis" marching around in a drugged stupor in accordance to central control is merely an artistic presentation of the kind of socialized central planning that the Powers That Be have dreamt of from the beginning of the Global Hegemonic Conspiracy.
Capitalism and Communism are just different roads to Parasitic Overlord Globalism. Marxism however is the common language of the Snake in the Grassroots Problem! Whether they spout from the upper class or the lower class is as immaterial as a sick man puking or being incontinent - as the affect is mostly the same in that it robs the meek or middle class of resources and power!
The poor are not meek - they are weak! This misunderstood fact is why Christian Churches waste most of their time on the dregs of society instead of the true workers of the middle class that is the backbone of All Free Nations and the missing element that leads to All Tyrannies. If you look at Christian Churches today, from Catholic to Anglican to Protestant, you see the same worthless plea to the weak and irresponsible at the expense of alienating the hardworking productive citizens that inevitably marginalizes them.
Trust me when I say that this is not a COINCIDENCE! The pattern is UNMISTAKABLE! The Democrats champion the poor - while Republicans protect the rich. Communists court the peasants - while Capitalists recruit the leaders. Top and Bottom, but never in between...
If you separate the Rich from the Poor, then you achieve hegemony. However, those in the middle class have no use for hegemony. Which is why the United States is THE OBSTACLE to their plan.
Only the MEEK can inherit the Earth. The Parasite will steal the fortunes of the Rich and fritter it away on BAD INVESTMENTS that cause hyperinflation and worthless scrap paper money! The Parasite will waste the lives of the Poor on Useless Stupid Socialist Schemes which NEVER WORK and inevitably lead to ruin!
In truth, you do not NEED to Kill the Parasite - it will Kill itself with its' OWN STUPIDITY! Protect yourself by expelling this from your midst! Make your own little community of capable people who do not NEED or WANT the Snakes' Oil. Keep the Parasite away and it can do you NO HARM! How? Ask yourself what the Parasite can not or will not ever do - and that will ward it off and keep it away!

Skeptical,

Agreed. My concern is that when the shit goes down we'll all be judged by our "uniform", ie. skin color. The non-white hordes will hunt us without a care to separating out the one-worlders. And us Whites will have quite some difficulty rooting them out ourselves.

Anonymous 11:39,

I left a note of support for VA.

The criticism better fits Mencius Moldbug.

I value substance over style. Auster wastes alot of his "ripped" words criticizing cosmetics.

I don't think this is about style. Auster is trying to distance himself from both VA and MM.

Horus,

You make interesting points. I agree the middle is being attacked from both sides by parasitic revolutionaries.

Ask yourself what the Parasite can not or will not ever do - and that will ward it off and keep it away!

Any specific examples?

Anon and Tanstaafl -

I also left a note of support earlier; then Auster comes on and basically says that we're attacking him because of the results of modern multicultural / liberal education; he goes on to say the liberal way is to call someone names and attack them personally (he says we attacked him personally, and blamed VA) rather than offer substantive criticism (his posting of SM's "gaseous" comment is apparently substantive criticism). [I'm paraphrasing; since the comments have been removed it is impossible to quote verbatim]

I added that I agree - it is a typical liberal reaction to call someone "racist" (his exact word) when you disagree with him; just like when someone calls a critic "Nazi", for example.

But now I see VA has pulled the comments. Shame.

Seriously, Auster appears to desire his voice to be the only legitimate one on the right. Everyone else is a Nazi, or gaseous, or anti-Israel, or verbose, or in some way or other "disappointing".

I left his site and his opinions behind when he attacked Paul and began supporting Romney for the GOP nominee.

How is this a good thing? Oh yes, I forgot; it IS a good thing if you aren't really a supporter of White America.

VA never went after Auster, I'm not even aware of any real criticism leveled against him. I recall VA being a bit surprised at his denunciation of Ron Paul (I fully understand why he denounces Ron Paul now, of course). Out of the blue he publishes that irresponsible blog entry, and what the HELL does he expect, VA not to respond???

As far as I'm concerned, Auster can go straight to hell. Revel in your "victory", jackass. All you have done is prove every single, solitary suspicion others have had about your true nature.

Auster has an epiphany: I finally understood this situation that's been going on for years, namely the way I am repeatedly attacked as "nasty, egomaniacal, meanspirited, misanthropic," etc., as a horrible person who should be shunned. Why?

Poor fellow.

And this fits the pattern of my First Law of Majority-Minority Relations under Liberalism: The more reasonable and impersonal one attempts to be (as in my initial comment at Vanishing American), the more one is attacked for being "superior," while the more resentful and nasty one is, the more one is seen as being justified in one's nastiness and resentment.

Once again Auster demonstrates how broad and flexible his First Law can be when he wants it to be.

When I asserted that his First Law applies to jews he said I was "a horrible person who should be shunned". Well, actually, he said I was a subperson who should be shunned. He never debated the point, he just declared it out of bounds.

Instead of "How liberalism reverses legitimate and illegitimate criticism" Auster should have been titled his whine "How the commissar of comment control simultaneously finds fault with VA for not controlling every comment on her site, and then for controlling them too much".

Here he explains why he is distancing himself from VA.

Regarding the VA blog, I really haven't read it for a long time and am not familiar with it, though I think I had some interaction with VA in the past, but I don't specifically remember it. In the recent discussions I didn't endorse the site or ascribe any particular qualities to it. I've had a general sense from the past that VA is an ally, but again, it's all a bit vague in my mind, as I just haven't kept up with the site very much. I think VA is friends with John Savage, and I stopped having anything to do with Savage a few months ago after he became an intellectual ally of the anti-Semite Tanstaafl. I don't know where VA stood on that dispute, because, again, I haven't followed her site.

"The anti-Semite Tanstaafl". LOL. Someday I aspire to be human.

Here his "ripped" prose is brought to bear against improper use of the word "superior".

Cue the theme from the Twilight Zone.

Based on a brief comment from VA on another blog, where she was trying to clarify a previous incident where she shut down her comments, Auster jumps to the conclusion that it's all about him:

But, when we consider her reference to the "particular individual" who was "harassing" her, the implication is that I was orchestrating and generating this attack.

The previous incident, AFAIK, had nothing to do with Auster. In contrast VA says it is the "latest business" that "involves my being swarmed by many, many commenters from VFR".

In his paranoia Auster assumes VA is lying and attacking him, demands a retraction, and then promptly slanders her as "mentally unstable" and "demented". This is his anti-anti-semitic modus operandi: hyperbolize, demand apologies, condemn as insane. Auster's principle is "eye for an eye", as opposed to the "other cheek" one might expect from a Christian.

Auster is the one attacking. He has made a half dozen posts in as many days, including the passive aggressive post that started it all. If that was because he "erred in failing to edit the original offending comment" then why has he continued to criticize and ruminate and gossip? Because he's renowned for his brevity and knack for focusing on the issues that really matter!

To be brief (and honest) he could have simply said "I don't like VA because she isn't an anti-anti-semite". Instead the comment commissar and his amen choir have found all sorts of specious cud to chew: she's a women driven by emotion, uses a pseudonym and associates with other who use pseudonyms, is a crypto-liberal, "forming fantasies".

One VA is worth a thousand false and treacherous pundits like Auster.

Absolutely positively true Tanstaafl; thank you for stating that, although it should be obvious it is important that people realize this.

She drew our attention to deep and troubling developements that threaten our future, our very existance, and did so with a passion that was both impressive and encouraging. In these dark times of ever-present hopelessness and imposed alienation that is no small accomplishment. Should she "retire" from blogging, and it appears very likely she will, we lose one of our most moving and powerful voices.

Instead the comment commissar and his amen choir have found all sorts of specious cud to chew: she's a women driven by emotion, uses a pseudonym and associates with other who use pseudonyms, is a crypto-liberal, "forming fantasies"...

Just think, he had the temerity to chastize Charles Johnson when liberal neocon Johnson threw a hissy fit over Vlaams Belang. Auster fits - perfectly - one of his criticisms of the neocons, that they cannot stand anyone to their right. I will give that ***** one thing, he has certainly convinced a lot of gentiles (note the small "g") to act as his lap dogs while he sits "innocent", even "outraged" on his ivory throne. "Plausible Deniability" I suppose, except for those of us who aren't deluded, who realize that he cherry-picks comments unlike this place or VA. He knows exactly what he is going to post, the reasons for it, and what he hopes will occur. Again - after such an assinine attack how the hell could V.A. not respond? How could he possibly expect her to take an affront (which it certainly was, whether the guy who wrote Auster wished it to be or not)? Such an assinine "criticism" indeed, absolutely uncalled for. I don't care if he is of the opinion that her essays were too long. Some of us don't have a problem with long essays. In fact, some of us like reading them. He could have tempered the words he posted (HE decides what to post, not one of his readers) or better yet, not cast stones when there are so many that could be cast back at him.

It is perfect illustration of his disingenuousness that, at a time when the White West is heading full steam into disaster, he chooses to nitpick and then attack a true American Traditionalist.

In his paranoia Auster assumes VA is lying and attacking him, demands a retraction, and then promptly slanders her as "mentally unstable" and "demented". This is his anti-anti-semitic modus operandi: hyperbolize, demand apologies, condemn as insane.

Just like the Soviets of "old". So you are a Nazi (that is, exiled), VA is insane (that is, exiled), John Savage won't denounce a "Nazi" (that is, he is exiled). So as a guiding light for us goyim "traditionalists" who does that leave??? Why, the Pied Piper of Manhattan himself!!!

No thank you, good "sir". Ironically, much of my news used to come from VA's site and forum. Now that Auster has achieved "victory", and has driven away a true voice of American traditionalism, I will be forced to rely on other sources for news and information, sources that he would no doubt find even more "objectionable" than VA.

I'd suggest we on the true, White Right shun the SOB. Cut him off. If he attacks us on his echo-chamber blog, to hell with him, who cares anyway? He has revealed that he is NO friend of White, Christian Traditional America. This gloating - when he should be lamenting VA's cessation of blogging - is proof that even an obtuse fool could not deny. After this I will never again visit that den of deceit nor shall I ever utter the slightest word of praise for that miscreant.

Sincerely,

Billy

PS - no way in hell he'll EVER get a ratraction of the above.

What do Age of Treason, Vanishing American and Brave New World Watch have in common.

They all can think and they all can write. Auster doesn't like that.

I hope Auster continues to reference these blogs - however negatively - readers will go to them, and who knows ... might like what they find.

A few days ago I asked Rick Darby (who Auster quotes here) why he supported Auster over VA.

Prozium links here and provides his view.

Tanstaafl, thanks for noticing that Auster ended up revealing that his attacks had to do in part with VA's association with me. Here's what I say about that.

I thank Anonymous 11:06 for the compliment and agree that we should be useful outlets for discontent caused by Auster's blacklisting.

A (partial) correction from Vanishing American.

Note the completely dishonest title. That's how a self-important douchebag corrects himself after jumping to conclusions.

It's not enough of course. It has to be accompanied by a sniffy:

"At the same time, VA has not denied or retracted the part of her comment where she said that she was being "swarmed" by "many many" VFR readers with comments so "nasty" she couldn't even post them."

He's upset because he assumes VA is lying. Sure, that makes sense.

"A (partial) correction from Vanishing American."

So I'm to believe, based on this title, that SHE has corrected some wrong?

After all of this bullsh*t, after all he has done to further damage our (goyim) awakening to the realities of anti-White racism and true anti-Americanism, he feels the need to dig this up again, and again to cast blame on the person who HE attacked in the first place. And now this:

"At the same time, VA has not denied or retracted the part of her comment where she said that she was being "swarmed" by "many many" VFR readers with comments so "nasty" she couldn't even post them."

And we're the leftists and liberals!

Go to hell Auster, you're not fooling any of us anymore. I have no more use for this charlatan.

Boy, am I late to the party.

Q: What do John Savage, Hibernia Girl, Vanishing American, and Anonymous all have in common?

A: They are warlike, German-sounding names that anti-Semites use.

Seriously, although I'm often tempted to attribute Auster's rants to some Jewish agenda, I think the truth in the VA affair is that he is just an ornery, unpleasant person. VA, if by any chance you see this, I got your invitation, and plan to stop by your blog soon. Hope all is well with you.

The "partial correction" was classic Auster. Anyone who reads VA regularly could guess that the person who sent her the initial angry e-mails was that lunatic Italian neocon. But Auster, just like he did with the name Tanstaafl, jumps to unwarranted conclusions. And then he goes on to say the spat has revealed to him why the hordes of people who call him angry and unpleasant are so deluded. LOL. You can't make this stuff up.

Jim, I don't have an encyclopedic overview of Auster (as he often presumes every critic of his should have) but after everything I've read, which is most of what he's written for the past 9 months and a smattering of the rest, I can agree he is an ornery, unpleasant person.

It is also apparent however that the only subject over which he ever really loses his cool and goes beyond ornery is jews. Once a target crosses his anti-semitism line he leaves all reason and perspective behind and starts spewing smears, calling his target names, saying they are demonic or less than human, demanding that they be shunned by everyone else.

It is only criticism of jews that sparks Auster to this reaction. He doesn't resort to it over attacks on Christians or Whites or any of the traditional beliefs he supposedly defends. If you read him closely you can see signs that defending jews must be an overriding priority of his, because it clouds his thoughts and displaces other priorities even before anyone crosses his anti-semitism line.

Auster is an anti-anti-semite, someone whose pro-jewish bias goes beyond mere philo-semitism to aggressive bigotry. I hesitated to claim so, even after I first recognized something was not right, because I had not connected enough dots. I have since. Consider the following points:

He smears Ron Paul (who opposes the Israel Lobby and neocons) as "anti-American", supposedly for criticizing US foreign policy and associating with the wrong people.

He smears Kevin MacDonald (who opposes the Israel Lobby and neocons) claiming he "hates Israel and sees it as the source of all problems in the world, along with Jewry generally" (a telltale exaggeration made by anti-anti-semites) ostensibly because MacDonald reasons about "jews qua jews".

He smears Pat Buchanan (who opposes the Israel Lobby and neocons) as an anti-semite, ironically for "protesting too much" the smears of anti-anti-semites.

He notes approvingly the recommendation to "vote for the crook" rather than the pro-White pro-Christian David Duke (who opposes the Israel Lobby and neocons) "because it's important". Important why exactly? Oh right, because Duke criticizes jewish supremacism, though Auster is not forthright enough to mention that.

Meanwhile when Auster criticizes anti-White anti-Christian jews he euphemizes them as "liberals" and their policies as "liberalism". Rarely does he note they are jews and he never dehumanizes them or calls for them to be ostracized as he regularly does with anyone he labels anti-semitic.

The man is driven by "what's good for jews". I don't have a problem with that. What I have a problem with is the fact that he is dishonest about it. He denies it, disguises it, and overtly bases his arguments on "what's good for Christians" or "what's good for the majority". What is clear on scrutiny is that the former priority always trumps either of the latter. I am sensitive to this and resent it not because I am anti-jew, but because I am pro-White.

Tanstaafl,

I should have been more clear in my post. I suspect Auster's hissy fit over the VA affair was not influenced by his ethnocentrism, but rather was due to his overall unpleasantness as a person.

That particular rant of his aside, you're preaching to the choir when you say that he is dishonest about his Jewish agenda. In addition to the excellent examples you provided, I think he had a good relationship with Steve Sailer for a little while, and then thew his patented tantrum when Sailer made some remark about Israel's lack of importance to America. I first read of Auster's agenda on majorityrights a year or two back, and I was skeptical at the time, but soon realized there is a lot of truth to it.

VA is one of the strongest of the few traditionalist bloggers. If you were a true traditionalist, would you be so quick to assume the worst about her, as Auster has?

I've noticed how Auster regards Sailer. The two would seem to have alot in common, but understanding Auster's anti-anti-semitism helps to explain his negative attitude doesn't it, because Sailer is just a touch too forthright about jewish power, isn't he?

Likewise William F Buckley, but in the opposite direction. Auster just can't help instinctively feeling sympathy for that anti-White anti-anti-semitic fuckhead.

He's Catholic, I think. Maybe Anglican. Sort of like Benjamin Disraeli in that he is Christian but obviously still identifies ethnically as Jewish.
